Delivery Times

All deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. You must ensure that your delivery address is easily accessible and that someone is available to sign for the delivery. If nobody is available to accept the delivery, redelivery charges will apply.

Same Day / Next Day Dispatch

Orders placed and paid for before midday will be dispatched on the same day. Whilst we will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we cannot always guarantee same-day dispatch. If we are unable to dispatch your order on the same day, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Delivery Time Scales

Parcels and pallets sent to Zones 1–8 will be sent on a 24-hour service. Parcels and pallets sent to Zones 9–12 will be sent on a 2–5 day service, depending on the remoteness of the delivery address.

Pallet Deliveries

If your order is sent on a pallet, you have 15 minutes to check that your order is intact and complete. No liability for damages or discrepancies will be accepted if the proof of delivery is signed as correct or left unchecked.

Discrepancies

Any discrepancies with an order must be notified to us in writing at info@statesidedistribution.com within 24 hours of receipt. No liability will be accepted for discrepancies reported after this window.

Delivery Address

Orders will always be sent to the delivery/shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We will not accept liability for mis-delivery or redelivery costs if the address entered is incorrect.

Residential & Commercial Addresses

We will always assume that retail orders are being sent to a domestic address, and wholesale/trade orders to a commercial address. If you are a wholesale customer with a residential delivery address, please note this in the order notes section. This is for information purposes only and will not incur an additional charge.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Any products that are sensitive to heat and are ordered during the summer months are done so at your own risk. We cannot accept liability for damage caused in transit due to warm weather conditions.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes any pre-order items, we will hold the entire order until everything is in stock so it can be shipped together in one delivery.

If you need certain items sooner, please get in touch with your order number and we will look into splitting the delivery. Please note that a second delivery charge may apply for a separate shipment, based on the weight of the order. We will always confirm any additional cost with you before proceeding.
