We ship all orders directly from our UK warehouse. This ensures fast and reliable delivery across the UK and beyond.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery within the UK usually takes 2–4 working days. Express options are also available at checkout. Pre Orders will be dispatched along with items that are in stock at the time the pre ordered items arrive.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free UK shipping on retail orders over £700+ for mainland UK, £1000+ for Scottish Highlands, £300+ for Leicester local deliveries.
For wholesale orders, shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
4. What is your return policy?
As we sell perishable goods we do not currently accept returns. Order errors and or discrepancies must be notified to us in writing to info@statesidedistribution.com within 24 hrs of the receipt of the order. For full details, visit our Returns Policy.
